Responsibilities
- Developing and executing product strategies aligned with company objectives, market trends and customer needs.
- Creating and maintaining product roadmaps, outlining feature prioritisation, timelines and resource allocation.
- Collaborating with stakeholders to gather and prioritise product requirements, ensuring alignment with business goals.
- Working closely with Engineering, Design, GTM, and other teams to drive product development and delivery.
- Coordinating product releases, including planning, scheduling and communication with stakeholders.
- Defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess product performance and reiterate on improvements.
- Being a subject matter expert for the product, providing support to sales, marketing and customer success teams as needed.
- Gathering and analysing customer feedback to identify opportunities for product enhancement and iterate on features accordingly.
- Identifying and mitigating risks related to product development, delivery, and market adoption.
- Working with operations to ensure product compliance with relevant regulations, standards and industry best practices.
Requirements
- 3 to 6+ years of product management experience, ideally in fintech or financial infrastructure.
- Familiarity with the Web3 financial stack, including protocols, wallets, and on-chain payment flows.
- Proven ability to lead products from strategy through to launch and iteration.
- Strong skills in defining roadmaps, prioritizing features, and coordinating cross-functional teams. Experience working with engineering, design, GTM, and compliance teams.
- Comfortable navigating regulatory and operational requirements for financial products.
- Data-driven mindset with experience tracking KPIs and using feedback to guide product decisions.
- Clear communicator who can align stakeholders and drive execution.
- Proactive, customer-focused, and comfortable managing complexity in fast-moving environments.
- Proactive and solutions-oriented, with the ability to identify and mitigate risks across product development and adoption cycles.
