Responsibilities

  • Identify and pursue new commercial opportunities with clients, partners, and ecosystems aligned with Gnosis HQ’s vision and products.
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline from outreach and negotiation to closing, ensuring consistent, quality deal flow.
  • Represent the company at industry conferences, events, and meetups to raise brand awareness and generate new leads.
  • Work closely with Product, Marketing, and management to align on market positioning, messaging, and go-to-market plans.
  • Define pricing, terms, and agreements that make sense for the market while supporting long-term growth.
  • Support and grow early-stage clients and partners by identifying upsell paths and expanding their engagement with Gnosis HQ products.
  • Cultivate strong, ongoing client/partner relationships that turn early traction into long-term value.
  • Monitor competitors, trends, and regulatory changes that could impact commercial strategy and product direction.

Requirements

  • 5 to 10 years in business development, partnerships, or enterprise sales (ideally within fintech, crypto, or payment infrastructure).
  • Deep understanding of the fintech and crypto ecosystem, along with an existing local network.
  • Proven success in closing complex, high-impact business deals and navigating stakeholder relationships.
  • Strong commercial instincts with the ability to build tailored proposals and client solutions.
  • Prior experience in a high-growth startup, ideally in Web3 or fintech.
  • Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
